Job Overview
We are hiring Python Developers across junior to senior levels. As part of our fast-growing tech team, you'll work on scalable backend systems, APIs, data processing pipelines, and automation tools. This role is fully remote with U.S.-based compensation tailored for Indian talent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clean and efficient backend systems and APIs using Python
Work with frameworks like Django or Flask
Design database schemas and write optimized queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams
Write testable code and participate in code reviews
(For seniors) Mentor juniors and lead modules
Collaborate closely with backend/frontend teams to streamline delivery
Conduct project retrospectives and performance reviews
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals
Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and testing tools
(Optional) Experience with data science tools, ML, or automation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, Certifications or internships for freshers are a bonus, Senior applicants must show production-level experience
