Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js and React
Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps for seamless delivery
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Lead code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Conduct project retrospectives and performance reviews
Requirements
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js
Extensive experience with Next.js framework, including SSR, SSG, API routes
Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and testing frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not mandatory, Internship or project experience for freshers, Senior candidates with published apps or significant project contributions preferred
