Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead our software development projects from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, QA, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple software projects and ensure timely delivery
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
Coordinate daily/weekly stand-ups and track team progress
Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams
Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
Ensure quality assurance before final delivery
Work closely with leadership on resource planning and team management
Conduct project retrospectives and performance reviews
Requirements
Proven experience in managing software/web/mobile projects
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar
Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field (PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred but not mandatory)
