Job Overview
Join our team as a MERN Stack Developer and contribute to building scalable and performant web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
Build RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services
Write clean, modular, and reusable code
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers
Collaborate with leadership to build a positive work environment
Requirements
Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features
Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Understanding of deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
