Job Overview
We are looking for Java Developers ranging from freshers to senior professionals. You’ll work on robust, scalable backend systems and collaborate with a global team on exciting, mission-driven projects. This is a full-time remote opportunity with competitive U.S.-based compensation for Indian developers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise-level backend systems using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, efficient, testable code
Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability
Participate in code reviews, standups, and sprint planning
Ensure best practices for cost optimization and security compliance
Collaborate closely with backend/frontend teams to streamline delivery
Conduct project retrospectives and performance reviews
Requirements
Strong understanding of core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading)
Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database integration (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure is a plus)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
(For Seniors) Experience in leading teams, architecting systems, or mentoring juniors
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, Freshers must have strong Java fundamentals or training/internship experience, Certification in Java is a plus
