Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
Build reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Work with developers and stakeholders to understand data needs
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
Support A/B testing and performance tracking initiatives
Keep up with WordPress core updates, tools, and best practices
Conduct project retrospectives and performance reviews
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
Familiarity with Python/R is a plus but not mandatory
Experience with API testing is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
