You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our global presence. Identify and target potential clients through online platforms, cold outreach, and networking
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies
Draft and send compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
Maintain CRM systems and provide regular updates on sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements
Build long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in IT/services)
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, etc.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and IT services
Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
